Accounts & accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining account security, safeguarding credentials, and ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date.

Acceptable content

You will not upload or process unlawful content, malicious code, or data that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.

Ownership & license

You retain ownership of your content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited right to process your content solely to operate and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Notice.
We (UpQuAI Solutions AG) own all rights to the Process Designer platform, including software, documentation, and branding, except for third-party components under their respective licenses.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
